Our beef are jersey angus cross and straight angus.$4.50 a lb hanging weight for a quarter of a beef. Average 160 pounds hanging weight. $0.95 a pound (hanging weight) processing fee, $18.75 kill fee (your deposit will go towards the total). Average packaged meat 90 pounds.
